Bigfoot@248 Elephant Lodge is located in the spectacular Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, located 38 km west of Bela Bela and around an hour-and-a-half drive from Johannesburg. Mabalingwe means "leopard spot".
Mabalingwe Nature Reserve is nestled in the shadow of the majestic Waterberg Mountains. It's 8 500 hectare landscape hosts the Big 5 among 36 animal species and is abundant in birdlife as well as indigenous trees and shrubs, a true African Bushveld paradise!
